Cocktails with White Rum?

Question

Someone gave me a bottle of white rum (Bacardi). I don't like it with the usual coke and stuff so was wondering if there are any good cocktails using the stuff.

MOJITO's OF COURSE!!

In a 12 oz glass muddle 2tsp brown sugar, 8-10 mint leaves, 1/4 lime (squeezed) and some crushed ice together. Then top up with more crushed ice and a little cubed ice in the top. Pour in 50ml of white bacardi and top up with soda. Garnish with two straws, a sprig of mint and enjoy!

Pretty much any fruit juice (OJ, Pineapple, Cranberry).

Pina Coladas are good, but you either need to buy a mix or make it from scratch. If you make it with a mix, try adding a few chunks of fresh pineapple to the blender--it really adds a lot to the flavor and makes it taste like you made it from scratch.

Daquaris are basicallly a margarita made with rum instead of tequila. Again, you need to buy a mix or the ingredients to make it from scratch.

Most cocktails are created through trial and error by bars and restuarants that are trying to come up with a "signature" drink, so if you like a particular beverage, try mixing it with the rum.

I make mine using 7Up (diet or regular) instead of the carbonated water and sugar syrup.

You can make frozen Strawberry, Bannana, Mango...  Daiquiris.  Also frozen Pina Coladas.  Just go to frozen section of supermarket and look for the bacardi drink mixers and mix up in a blender.  Great drinks for this time of year.
