Cod liver oil and Omega 3?

What is the difference between cod liver oil and Omega 3? Isn't CLO and O3 both produced from cold water fish? Why not just a swig of much cheaper CLO than more expensive O3 >

  1. CLO is full of vitamin A, and you might get an overdose.
