Too different to compare. Death Note is a psychological thriller, based on plot twists and mystery. Code Geass is a shonen, based on action and war. Both are good, and recommended.

yup, they show different genre... but i recommend both...

you should specify what type of anime you like...

I watched both and they're great, but death note is really on top of the list because of its good plot...
