  1. For Spectators:

    1. Display good sportsmanship. Respect players, coaches and officials.

    2. Act appropriately. Don't taunt or disturb players coaches, officials or other fans.

    3. Cheer for good plays. Don't boo opponents

4.Cheer in a positive way, and encourage sportsmanship.

    5.Avoid profanity and inappropriate gestures.

    6. Don't get made at the officials even if they make a poor call... you might get carded.

    7. Remember you're there to watch the game. You aren't there to coach. Let the coaches coach- it's their job, not yours.

    For players:

    1. Never address remarks at opposing coaches, players, referees and spectators (except for genuine friendship, respect or in response to a question by a referee).

    2. Never retaliate when fouled

    3. If you foul someone, apologize (If you trip someone, help them up.) Be a good sport about it. Admit that you made a mistake, it will only make your opponent respect you more.

    4. Avoid comments or gestures that express disagreement with the official’s call. No matter how much you argue the ref is always right... even if their not. If you get mad about it, they will only recognize it as bad sportsmanship and might hold a grudge.

    5. Control your temper.

    6. Convey a consistently positive attitude toward your teammates or coaches. Your true strength of character will be displayed on the field.

    7. Have fun, that's why you're playing right?

    8. Obey rules of the game.

    9. Be a good sport. Cheer all good plays.

    10. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

    11. Accept defeat with dignity. Good losers earn more respect than bad winners.
