  1. There is no code of ethics as such, but there are patient rights. The link at the bottom has a good article, and has many links in it concerning patient rights. Usually LPNs and CNAs are told about patient rights in training. All medical personnel are responsible for allowing patients to have their rights, however, it is easy to forget some of the rights since they don't hear it on a regular basis.
