Our IT guy brought us a "new" phone to replace one with issues. When I plugged it in, it initialized, but then displayed the following code on screen:REQ:EX(8x24)SAPOnce that came on screen the dial tone went away. What can I do to make this phone function correctly (assuming it's not broken)?Cheryl D.
