  1. Green tea is the healthiest choice. Recent studies have shown that green tea has many health benefits for the body. I make sun tea, with green tea bags. One gallon of warm water and five tea bags in the sun for 5 hours. Then add sweetener. Best drink I have ever had. Enjoy.

  3. The healthiest choice would probably be TEA...as long as it is herbal.  But COFFEE tastes so much better!!!


  4. Tea definitely. Even black tea which is the most common has more benefits than coffee. The only thing coffee has, and the reason why it was even made in the first place is because of the caffeine so that it can be used to stimulate people. Other than that there is absolutely no health benefits to it at all.

    Green tea is the best choice. It has more antioxidants than other teas. Less caffeine too. It has 30mg per serving while black tea has 50 and coffee starts at 85. It helps with digestion and metabolism and is a good appetite suppressant as well.

  9. I think tea is the healthiest. I say that because coffee is plain old coffee, and decaffeinated coffee is really not decaffeinated, and tea just a tea bag, and hot water. And tea doesn't have a lot of preservatives.
