People drink coffee because it has a sufficient amount of caffeine and it helps you make it through the long day. But heres my question- is there a coffee substitute? I need something similar to coffee because i need help staying a awake and making it through the day, but i dont like coffee. Are there other drinks that can help the same way that coffee does? Thanks. =)

  1. a can of coke or the energy vitamin water.

  2. You could try Amp, rockstar, monsters..

Edit: If you dont drink tea or coffee go with energy drinks. Dont listen to the others.

You could try vitamn water too in enegry..

  3. No im sorry but redbull is c**p and just makes you crash with the refined sugar. Even the sugar free is very bad because aspartame causes cancer. I never got a boost from rebull and i think its just a gimmick. I recommend Vitamin Energy which is the yellow one or Yerba Mate which is a tea from a nutriuos leaf in South american. you can buy these at Whole foods. Really all the enery drink from Whole Foods are very good and all natural.

  4. You could try all sorts of tea maybe? I wouldn't recommend energy drinks.

  5. Black tea has a good amount of caffeine also.

    That's the alternative.

I wouldn't recommend some of these energy drinks.

The only other option then if you don't like tea or coffee is caffeinated beverages IE Coke, Pepsi, Mountain Dew etc etc.

But let me caution you about caffeine.

It is a drug and works like a drug.

It's gives you a boost and then 30 minutes later you crash( and need more).

If I were you, I would just get some good old OJ.

It works fine( and no side effects).

  6. green tea

energy drinks such as red bull, nos, rock star, full throttle, dark dog, monster, tab, sobe,  and more.
