  1. I found that if you soya milk isnt too cold it doesnt curdle, i use alpro soya. Its so annoying when it curdles!

  2. Maybe it's the heat of the coffee that does the curdling.  Try tempering the milk, first.  Pour your milk for the coffee in a seperate cup.  Add the coffee by spoonfuls until the milk has reached the temp of the coffee itself.

(Tempering also works with eggs going into a hot mixture so they don't scramble)

  3. If the water has just boiled, the soya milk will curdle, let the water cool a little first. If you drink soya milk because you are dairy intolerant, try LactoFree milk. It's a nicer taste, and you won't have the problem with it curdling.

LactoFree is sold in most supermarkets, in a white carton, green writing, and a picture of a cow's head.

  4. I dont know about types or brands. What i do know is that my colleagues swears by putting the soya milk into the cup first then a little bit of coffee, stirring it and then slowly adding the rest of the coffee.

    Hope it works! Good Luck.

  5. Not sure if this will solve your problem but its a thought..

Are you adding the soya milk cold to hot coffee??

Try adding the soya milk when its room temp or slightly heated.

I'm not sure a change in brand would effect anything.

    To milk coffee is coffee.

If I was able to call my sister right now who uses soy milk I'd ask her.

If I find the answer later I'll add it here or leave as comment to the question.

  6. I use Silk french vanilla coffee creamer ( it's soy). It doesn't curdle.

When I don't have that, I use my kids' vanilla Rice Dream rice milk. That's never curdled on me :).
