Coffee crounds

Question

we have been getting a lot off coffee grounds in the cups when we make
coffee. Put the capsul in and it dispenses the water, but the coffee cup
will have 2 or 3 teaspoons of coffee grounds in it. What can we do.
This has just started within the last couple weeks. We have had the
machine for a couple of years.
