  1. Yes, headaches are a normal rection to caffeine, especially if you are particularly sensitive to it. I drink a lot of tea and coffee, and even I get a light headache if I drink too much.

Caffeine raises the blood pressure, which means that the blood vessels in the head expend slightly, causing the pain.

There's no need to worry about it, it will pass. But it gives you a good indication on how much caffeine your body can handle, so that you can keep your caffeine level below it.

If you are very sensitive to caffeine, try decaffeinated coffee. Or tea, which contains a lot less caffeine than coffee, and is also healthier for you because of the antioxidants.

  2. it is probably from caffeine overdose

  3. my mom cant drink coffee at all or she has migrains. just one cup of coffee will make her done for the day. she can only drink caffeineated teas and thats good to keep her going through the day. a doc told her that just some people can be exsteamly sensitive to one cup of coffee because its took much caffeine for there body to motabolize and recommended tea instead becuase that is natural cafeine and not added. though coffee has natural caffeine, the companys add caffeine to it too. which isnt natural, its chemiclly altered

  4. Too much caffeine.
