Coffee grounds in pot. My coffee maker works fine most of the time, but every once in a while, one

Question

My coffee maker works fine most of the time, but every once in a while, one side of the filter gets folded over while it's brewing and i get a pot full of grounds. Any suggestions on how I can get it to stop doing that??
