  1. Cut down on your caffeine intake, slowly. Try to get down to around 3 cups per day.

  2. food is the key- I get them with too much coffee and not enough food, and now i limit myself to 2 or 3 cups, think its an age and a revenge thing when i was younger could drink 15 cups a day- i drank my lives worth too quickly now its time to slow down

  3. ween yourself to decaff

1 part decaf to 3 parts regular

2 parts decaf to 2 parts regular

    etc....

Other than that you'll go through withdrawal and have terrible headaches

  4. Eat something with the coffee to slow the absorption process. Bagel, muffin, or something should help.

Don't add sugar, but do add cream. That slows the process too.

  5. Drink decaffeinated. After a while you won't miss it.
