Coffee makes me angry?

I'm 17 and I just started drinking Coffee. I notice when ever I drink it I get really angry for some reason. I tried researching this on line but I couldn't seem to find anyone who had the same problem. Why is this? Do other people have this problem or is it just me?

its not caffine you are all wrong, i get mad off coffee, but red bull energy drinks ect im fine !hmmmm

I have the same issue. It's because of the caffeine. One person on here said that your body will get used to it over time and you won't feel like that, but that is not necessarily true. I still get irritable and angry when I drink coffee or tea and it's been years. So just don't drink it if you feel that way.

Maybe it's your hormones that are making you feel this way. Have you started your period yet? Maybe your are allergic to the coffee brand. Who knows. If it makes you mad stop drinking it. It may make you worse. Hope this helped. Bye

I can tell you if you have an underlying condition called Pyroluria mix this with coffee you are asking for very big trouble.20% of the population have it and dont know.If you are having serious  mood swings after having coffee get off it.Coffee  leaches your body of zinc.There are many side affects of low zinc ,vitaminB6 in your body sometimes interpreted  as someone with temper problems ,psychological issues. There are  many websites covering Pyroluria,its symptoms and treatments.If you dont have Pyroluria dont drink coffee before going to social outings where your judgement is challenged as you may do something irrational.I also dissapprove of high energy Caffiene drinks.This is a big disaster waiting to  happen.Good Luck.

After half an hour, coffee makes me angry too.
It took me awhile to make the connection.
I start to make fast and usually bad reactive decisions.
I even start swearing the f word, which is not normal for me.
Must be the sudden adrenalin that pumps through my body from the coffee.
Even half a cup does it.
I have switched to taking effedrine pills, from local health food store,
to wake me up in morning, instead of coffee.
