When I take caffeine pills or drink soda I feel like i have taken a sleeping pill. When I have no caffeine at all, i feel more alive but out of energy, I know because of some medication I take. when i don't take my medication I am jumping and a blast full of too much energy. I have mood disorder but not bi-polar where I know you'll have energy and then sudden hot tempered and then laziness. I am just grumpy all the time. with out the medication i am talking and jumping and back and forth between things and it's good exercise but nt likeable with other people. I just too in 600 mgs of caffeine and I want to pass out. Not good because I have a child which no caffeine is tiring and caffeine is a knock out. why the heck is this?

  1. Caffeine does strange things to our bodies because we were never intended to have it pumping through us. You may be more sensitive to it's affects than others, but above all caffeine is sort of like sugar--you have a shooting high and then a 'debilitating crash'. Try apples--actually, they are proven to wake you up in the morning more than the caffeine in coffee does.
