  1. its not especially bad for you no

infact caffeine is widely used in thermogenics as a metabolism booster, however, it is also a diuretic so you have to keep up your water intake.

What usually is the problem with coffee is creamers and sugars and extras people add to them.

A little wont do you any harm at all and wont be bad for diet just keep it in moderation

  3. coffee is good just as long as you do not consume more than one cup a day. However, tea is a better and healthier option to try for because it has, in some, antioxidants, which are beneficial for your body.

Some cons to drinking coffee are that it stains your teeth, so beware.

  4. Thats not true the acids in coffee have been found to release the

grease in our bodies so fats are lowered in the body off the hips  with coffee intake and also it helps metabolize sugars into the blood

thus allowing for the cells free sugars to help increase your energy levels in the blood so its bunk that coffee is bad for you. one thing it does do that can be counter is it acts as a artificial adrenaline

boost to the blood ad can reduce digestive enzymes in the stomach

because it dilutes the digestive acids in the stomach. But limit the intact tono more than say two cups a day and it could have good

effects on your overall health. the worst thing on a diet is to miss a meal for if yo allow your body to think you are in a time of famine it turns

on the fat saving genes and it workes in direct opposition to your every effort thinkng your starving thus slowing your metabolism and attempting to go into starvation mode thus storing every single calorie you eat thus allot of women thinking they are doing every thing to loose weight and they end up fatter. the cause is they allowed their body genes to switch on the save and store life foods in fat form by starving or missing meals its only in the opposite situation that the body genes see a ongoing influx of food the body has to work to store

would the body not increase it expenditure naturally in the presence

of abundant foods just make the food intake dense in calorie minerals

and energy and make it constant so the storeing genes turn off for no need to store in the environment of abundance no need to store mode

is when you can build lean and clean lines withour deprivations and without gaining weight. the idea is never let your body feel its deprived fill it all day with something to workon keep the stomach at work so the store gene shuts off and you lose true fat weight by just living day to day keep well hydrated as well as fed so the store fat gene never turns back on. eventually your fat levels will be burned off as the body

works the muscles and burns off the sugars there that the ft deposits become absorbed and eliminated thruogh the blood which needs water to this work. so if you ever allow yourself to be hungry or thirsty your

dooming your starving genes will turn back to making fat. stop the

store fate gene by not allowing your body stop digesting. eat a apple

or a carrot but eat all day long make six small dense fiber and nutrient foods. make them as alive as possible when you cook foods you kill off

the nutrient live cultures your body needs most to gain om say a carrot. eat it raw versus cooked steamed. drink a raw carrot juice then make the pulpinto bread and eat it so your body gets all the value from the carrot live. and never let your body if you want to loose weight fat never let it be dehydrated or dry drink water six to eight water servings of eight ounces a day. andalways keep your stomach with something working. that way the fat store gene stay s off. or slows so much your activity will allow stored fat reserves to be absorbed daily by the years end you will be in jeans or a whole new old wardrobe. then open your

closets and try on old clothes they will look new to you and fit like you never knew for a long time.

  5. coffee is actually bed for health in general.

  7. I heard anything with caffeine in it is bad for your diet, but coffee isn't that bad compared to something like a big mac.lol

  8. If you are on a diet and exercising a little bit of caffeine is actually good for you and can help keep your metabolism revved up.  Don't overdo it and stay away from all other caffeine and diet sodas which contain fake sweetener. As long as you are drinking in moderation and not replacing meals with caffeine related supplements (which is what pills and dieting shakes contain) you should be fine.

  9. I thought it was all the milk and sugar people like to throw in their coffee that makes it unhealthy but I've been wrong before.
