Both. I like to drink coffee when I dont want to sleep.(seriously) I drink tea when im in the mood to. lol. Anyway, certain kinds of tea have medicinal properties and I don't think coffee has any. But whatever. A venti vanilla bean frappe will do :)

TEA, cos it is good for health and good for diet too.

But frankly I have a cup of coffeemix every morning, as I am not allowed to drink tea. I'm taking some medicine, and tea will neutralize the medicine.
