Coffee shop for couple in Ho Chi Minh Chi City? Like I-box,Hide Away?

Rent a hotel room in HCMC and order coffee from room service. Then, you and your girlfriend/wife can "hug and kiss without inhibitions" and "have cushions" too! Plus much more, of course! Why worry about looking for a public place?

You can do that anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City. You don't have to go to a coffee shop for that.

But if you want to, you can usually go into any coffee shop to hug or kiss. They can't stop you because you have the right to.

Legally and Foreigner and a Vietnamese cannot share a hotel room without a marriage certificate.  So That is out of the question.  For coffee shops they are a dime a dozen, but very nice private ones are a little more rare.  It depends on what district you want to go to.  I like "cafe unique".  There you can get a private little booth, or even a room to yourself.  In District 1, I see many couples just go to the park.
