Leidseplein is near by - it all sign posted, and from the main square there head towads the streets behind the 'sports' bar and there are one or two around there. Names like Rockery, or something like that.

It shows the majority of coffeeshops in and around the centre, so you can take your pick.  The Prinsen Hotel is just in the very bottom left of the map under the white box
