Coffee stain!?

are you supposed to brush your teeth before or after your morning coffee to prevent staining?

after :) cofee and tea are two worst for stainng teeth . and they now have the whitning gum .. it works too .

Brush after - it helps to make sure the color from the coffee doesn't stick. Also, buy a whitening toothpaste and some whitening Crest mouthwash. That always brightens my teeth when I use it regularly.
