Ya there is a train to Coimbatore to Nagerkoil Train , this is new one from Feb 2008. the train no is 6610 Nagerkoil  Exp. this starts from Coimbatore by 8.30 pm every day and reaches  Nagerkoil  by 6.55 am following day. Hope this will help you.
