there for the life we living, say for instance I met some dude s**y as ever, we kept meeting up, then we started to talk, he's from the city I love, he's into the same type of music heavy as I am, and then to top it off we both have the same unique tattoo same place, conversations was great. I ask him did he ever see an angel and we both shared similar, but diffrent story on that topic, so once again was that a coincidence or is it a stronger force.

I'm sorry, but your question is a bit confusing. This may not be exactly what you wanted, but here goes:

I don't always believe that someone who shares everything with you is "destined to be with you." In fact, it is usually the opposite. People need an opposite to balance both themselves, and their relationship, out. If you are asking if this person is your soul mate, it may be, but it also may not be. It just depends.
