i have found a silver coin on one side it has a bell shaped tower three letter GNA below 1808 below UNDURO other side FER below V11 any help please

  1. I believe you have a silver 8 reales(Un Duro) coin from the city of Girona(thats what the letters "GNA" represents) in Spain. Girona is located in the northeast of Catalonia. This coin was issued under the reign of King Ferdinand VII, and in average circulated condition with all the letters and rim markings present, an 1808 Duro is valued at around $200. However, due to its crude finish, this coin was also counterfeited by many.
