Coke Versus Pepsi!?

Question

Which is the better "cola"? Pepsi or Coca-Cola(AKA Coke)

I personally like pepsi more. I can't explain the differences between them. There is just "something" about Pepsi.

I like both the same way.  But Coca-cola was my first soda.  And Mexicans drink more Coca-Cola than any other nation in the world.  So I think I like Coca-cola more.

the difference is in the amount of carbonation it has. coke is really strong and has a lot of bubbles in it. pepsi is more relaxed and enjoyable in my opinion.

Seems like the older peeps like Coke better and the younger like Pepsi.

I think it's because Pepsi is sweeter and less citrusy.

When I was younger it was Pepsi all the way!

Coke lost it's popularity back in the 50's.  Coca Cola used have Cocaine in it, hence, the name.  Doctors used to prescribe the syrup as a cough medication and you could get it at the local soda fountain.  Of course, when young people found out about the cocaine, they abused the privilege and the Government was forced to order Coca Cola to remove the Cocaine from the syrup.  This changed the flavor and many people opted for Pepsi which now has a much better taste.

I prefer pepsi, but I hate drinking soda.  I feel like coke is more carbonated and bitter.  Pepsi has less carbonation and a more sweet taste.

pepsi is sweeter with less carbonation, coke has more carbonation...making it taste crisper
