Coke Zero: Drink as much as you want and you wont get fat?

Coke Zero has 0 calories right? the nutrition facts label has this written...Carbohydrates 0g, Protein 0g, total fat 0g....So does it mean if I drink a lot I still wont get fat?

There is nothing in it that will make you fat, but some answerers are going to say "no it makes you gain weight!", yet they offer no proof other than "I saw it on the internet" or "my friend Jackie said"

it is impossible for a drink to have none of that

but it is bad for your stomach lining

and when you throw up your throat can burn up and you will get a hole in it

You won't, but you really shouldn't drink any kind of cola as it is really unhealthy for your body/ bones in particular.

Actually, it is perhaps even more lethal to your body to consume diet products rather than the full strength coke ... the reason, aspartame. The artificial sweetener used in diet and zero products and it's a killer - it is equally as toxic as other poisons such as arsenic. I was reading an article that reackons over 30000 people in the states are misdiagnosed with MS (multiple sclerosis) but in fact have aspartame poisoning.

I read one article about this lady that ended up in a wheel chair and diagnosed with MS - however, upon seeking advice through other means was advised to cut out any diet soda pop (d**n americans just love their soda pop) and wella, drinking water - the woman becomes well again...

And it's widely reported - just search aspartame, I'm sure you will be horrified.

My darling, water - it's a water planet, we are made of water - we need water, just suck it down and believe me, your body will love you for it!

Not true, you will put on weight eventually, ur blood sugar levels will be high, your teeth will decay....i can go on and  on.

Dnt over to the coke zero,if you do drink it work on a ratio of for every one you drink you then dink 700mls of water(not flavoured)
