  1. This does not compute. Any money sent from the USA has an ulterior motive. The USA was paranoid about the spread of Communism. Hence the Korean War (Problem not yet solved), the Vietnam War (total disaster, but Vietnam seems to have come out of it OK), training Osama bin Laden and Co. to fight the Soviet Union in Afghanistan, (we know where that got us).

Then the Soviet Union collapsed and the paranoia was diverted to Islam.

  2. US policy has been replaced by globalist "elite" (GE) policy.  This has been the case for 50 years at least. The GE policy, otherwise known as NWO, illuminati agendas are simple:  control everything, and everyone and depopulate the planet dramatically.

The GE always make money on war and war preparation -- they own all the munitions factories, and sell to all sides. Plus, war helps to depopulate an "overpopulated" to them planet.

Thus all wars of the past 50+ years, including the "cold war" helped the rich get richer, and killed many millions.  The fat and psychopathic laughed all the way to their off shore banks, finding especially amusing how easy the "peasants" are to fool all the time.

  3. it is my guess, it depends on if the country has something the United States wants, like oil.
