Why are most interrogation rooms cold i was watching the first 48 a reality show and the suspects usually have there arms in there shirt so i'm guessing its cold?

  1. The "top" answer was an answer to something that wasn't even asked. The correct answer is a few answers down-- they do not want the person being interogated to be comfortable.
