  1. buy them a bodywarmer and have speach therapy.

  2. Say hello, and be friendly,if you don't get a positive response, it won't be your fault.....

  3. Be friendly regardless. Just say "Hello" even if this person doesn't respond. Don't allow him/her to put you outside of your normal behavior and make your days more difficult. Work is hard enough. =) Don't try to engage in conversation or strike up a "work friendship", but just be professional otherwise.

  4. Try opening up and being friendly to them.  That should catch em' off guard.  And then maybe you can figure out their true intentions.

Or you can talk to others about it but they might tell you off and make this person upset with you talking behind their back.

So the best approach is direct and tactful.

If they don't open up to you, don't let it get to ya.  Some people just don't know how to let things go.  Try not to let this whole situation distract you from your work and bring you down to their level.

  5. You cant all the people all the time.  Maybe they don't like you.  That make you a bad person, just a person they don't like.  And that's ok.  Continue to be cordial and let the chips fall where they may.

    Good luck

  6. My advice to you is ... say hi anyways. And with a smile. And leave it at that say no more say no less. Then don't let their reaction bother you ... just be the best person that you can be, and don't let their attitude affect your life or your personality.
