Cold scrambled egg sandwich?

I just made a scrambled egg sandiwch. The scrambled eggs had nothing added (milk, butter etc) so will it taste ok cold? I wanna eat it for work tomorrow maybe...

You should try egg (boiled) onion and tomato sandwiches.

it should taste fine I would pack them separate so the sandwich dose not get all soggy. I like it with some Mayonnaise

Hi yep that would be ok as they are still cooked,just scambled, it will be fine to keep it for work as long as you keep it in the fridge

I don't mind cold egg sandwiches, but my husband doesn't like them:)  So, it depends on your taste:)  You could add a few drops of tabasco, to give it the illusion of heat - lol
