  1. just relax dress casual you dont need a resume but its always good to have.

  2. first off, don't worry about it. i used to work at a cold stone. you shouldn't need a resume, but if you decide to bring one, it won't hinder your chances, but it probably won't help much either. you'll want to wear something nice and modest. they are pretty much just gonna ask you if your a hard worker, if you are flexible with your hours, if you think you have good customer service, thoughs kinds of things. one thing you don't want to do, is be a big bundle of nerves when you go in for the interview, it's ok to be nervous, but don't stress yourself out. the manager, or whoever interviews you, has been in your shoes before and they will understand your situation. they had to get where they are now somehow. to answer your personality question, they are looking for someone who is happy and caring, someone who is good with people and no matter what treats customers with kindness and respect. one thing you'll want to do before the interview, is make sure you are comfortable singing in front of other people. at all cold stones, all of the employees sing after receiving any tips over $1. the higher the tip, the longer the jingle. also they may or may not ask you to sing one of there easier jingles as a part of the interview. i got to skip that part, but later regreted it because i then had to sing a jingle for the first time during rush hour in front of about 15 people. one thing you should always remember is the happier the customer, the better the sales. your managers and supervisors want you to sell as much ice cream as possible! if you make the customer feel like you are there for the sole purpose of serving them. they will remember you and your store, then they'll tell their friends. ok my last piece of advice, don't worry about learning how to be a mix-master. mixing the ice cream on the stone does take some time to master, trust me i was the worst at it! but i, too, did master it. i do have to admit though, my favorite thing to do was make waffles. they're really easy to make! oh and one more thing, if you do get the job, most stores let their employees take home a like it signiture ice cream for free every night! :) I really hope you get the job and that the info i have given you helps you with your interview, and quite possibly your upcoming job! -Nikki D.

  3. wear a nice button shirt

black business type pants or slacks

definitely bring a resume just in case better prepared then not

    maybe bring a pen

they probably want bubble outgoing personality

and ask you how you would handle a customer and what would you do if you caught an employee stealing from the store

and why you want to work for cold stone

thats all i can think of. you can do it!

    good luck
