Cold water fish???????

i have a spare tank witch i was going to set up but i don't have a heater it a 20 gallon tank and i was just wondering what do you reckon is the best cold water fish to put in there but gold fish and would swordtales live in cold water cus i have 2 in a diffrent tank whitch i could put in but any who plz help

you could have

1 fancy goldfish

or

15 white cloud mountain minnows

or

15 zebra danios (if water stays above 18c)

or

10 leopard fish (coldwater livebearer)

or

10 mosquito fish

or i would have

6 white cloud mountain minnows

3 leopard fish

and

6 danios

Bettas need a heater to. And so do swordtails. Paradise fish do not need heater, so 2 paradise fish and...8 white cloud minnows and 8 rosy red minnows would be cool! These are all schooling fish except the paradise fish.
