Question:

Cold weather boots.... Columbia or Sorel?

My Columbia boots just blew out the seams after 6 years of use and I am looking at getting a new pair of boots to replace them. I've heard good things about Sorel boots but I'm not sure If I want to change brands after my good luck with the Columbia brand. Things that are important to me are warmth, their ability to keep my feet dry and they have to be comfortable. I'm not as active in the winter sports so they need to be able to handle normal wear and tear. The three boots I am looking at are the Columbia Bugabootoo, The Columbia Bugalution WP & the Sorel Timberwolf. Let me know if there are other Brands or styles that are comparable in price (around $100) that you would recommend as well. Thanks!
