Coldstone Creamery - Calories !?

Question

I'm going to Coldstone tomorrow and I need to know, what are some low calorie combinations I can get? Don't tell me water.

Also, how many calories are in the smoothies?

From anybody who's ever worked there, know somebody who has, or called Coldstone before?

i like the strawberry bananza smoothie and the (12 oz)like it size is 350 calories and (20oz) love it size is 600 calories.

well i went to coldstones and there smothies are low calorie and really good! make sure to get one with strayberrs in it ! yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu...

all I know is that there is tons of calories in coldstone icecream

You could get a Like it size of the Berry Berry Good or the Apple Pie a la Cold Stone. I do Weight Watchers so I watch out for these things.

If you check their website you might be able to get sort of an idea but since each is made individually the count may vary.
