It varies from each Coldstone shop. One I went to in Sprindfield, IL no one sang at all. But one I went to on the Florida coast had a bunch of employees and they sang the whole time. When they served stuff, when people ordered, it was like watching a musical while eating your ice cream. Depends on the place.
