Wales manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chris-c9006 Coleman has gone on to blast his team, following their rather shocking performance against Serbia.
The Welsh side went into the game being regarded as decent opponents for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Serbia-c3002, however following a six goals to one hammering later, it became apparent that something was terribly wrong with the Wales squad.
Throughout the game, Wales were committing a number of defensive errors, which gifted their opponents with goal scoring opportunities. Apart from that, the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Wales-c3041 squad just didn’t look like it was intent on going on and winning the game.
The loss is the worst that the Welsh squad has suffered since they lost by seven goals to one, against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Netherlands-c753 way back in 1996.
Coleman still strongly feels that the way his side lost is rather inexplicable and he just can admit the defeat, since he thinks that the team could have done so much more in the game.
When talking about the game, a very disappointed Coleman is quoted to have said: "Obviously I did not see it coming."

"We knew it would be difficult coming here but on the back of Friday's performance against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Belgium-c2850 we thought we could get something but we can't accept that level of performance.”
He then went on to emphasise on the fact that even labelling the performance as being disappointing was an understatement, since this defeat was a whole lot more than that.
"To say it is disappointing is an understatement. We have to do much better than that and we are capable of doing much better.
"To lose 6-1 is an absolute hammering and we can't ignore that, the manner of the performance was particularly disappointing."
He then went on to blast his team’s defence and the way they were disorganized at the back. He claimed that at times it seemed like it was a bunch of boys playing against men, which is something no one wants to see at this level.
He added: "At times it was men against boys, the goals we conceded were criminal really and the individual errors were disappointing.”
Nonetheless, Coleman is going to have to make a number of changes and blast his team time and time again, before he can start to see any improvements in their performances in the future.
