College Aged People in australia?

So I currently live in the us and go to college, I have the most annoying building where all they do is blare the bass through the walls all night long and drink. Im leaving to Australia this fall and want to know if most of the people there are like this too.

I'm not sure i understand your question though.

Where are you planning to move to? Australia is bigger than Europe in land mass size, and each city varies from the other.

I think it depends a lot if you live on campus or share house. Most people here share house so you just try and get good room mates. Anywhere you go in the world you are going to find people like that.
