  1. Gads, I thought I knew a bit about insurance.

    The CAP you mention, is this a company-specific program?  If so, then please contact the company that wrote the policy.

    If it is with a company with a web site, you are really lucky because you get to have the answer right from the horse's mouth.  Simply ask them about your policy.
