it means they did not withdraw you correctly or the deadline had passed for you to withdraw.  Also pay close attention to the "Attempted Hours".  If you are receiving fin aid and you drop too many classes the fin aid office will cut off your aid.  This is calculated by semester and overall.  

You've just subtracted 7 hours off you total attempted limit at that school and have no earned hours to show for it.

Seems as if they did not withdraw you from 3 of the courses, and assigned a F grade.  Call the administration office to see if you can straighten it out.
