  1. Relax. Make good eye contact. Use correct grammar. Smile, listen. Give concise but thorough answers to questions.

  2. I am assuming that you mean London, England, not London, Ontario, because you said, "uni".

Ah, don't worry about the interview. Most folks in the USA really dig the English, so just charm them with your politeness, warmth and sense of humour.

But you better have the goods, too. Like grades.

  3. Honestly interviews do not play a very large role in the application process. It is more or less an opportunity for you to learn more about he particular university you are applying to and for them to learn a bit more about you. The interviews will most likely be fairly casual with a light atmosphere. The interviewer will ask you simple questions regarding your interests, academic qualifications, extracurriculars, and the conversation will branch out depending on your answers. Most of the interview will consist of you asking questions about the universities and in most cases the interviewer will offer you his answers in the position of an alumni.

My only tips are to be calm, genuine, and outgoing. You should not feel the pressure because the interview will most likely have no big impact on whether you get in or not. Try to captivate the interviewer, but at the same time be yourself don't pretend to be someone just because you feel that is what they are looking for. The most important part of a college interview is figuring out whether or not that particular school is the right one for you.

    Good luck!

P.S. Honestly, I doubt they will remember you in two years and besides once you do a real interview during the application process your senior year it will probably be a different interviewer.
