College P.O. Boxes???

Ok, I'm real clueless to mailing things, and I'm about to start school in a bit, but I dunno how to properly change my mail address to my school address...

Would it be something like this

Jane Doe

1234 College Ave

P.O. Box 123

City, State, Zip

Help! Please.

Your school should provide you with your official mailing address, which will tell you how people should address letters/parcels to you.
