College Saving Programs for Military Families?

Does anyone have any information on College Savings Programs for Military Families?. Since we move around so much, I was wondering how and if we could enroll our little girl in a State Program? I just need to know where to start and any other info that could help us.

Many of them don't require the student to attend college in the state of origin so if you end up somewhere else, thats okay.
