i m a Pakistani man, 41, and working in Sultanate of Oman as an electrican. May i take admission in college in Brition, canada or usa in electrican classes????

Getting the visa to actually study in the country is a different ball game and for an electrican course - you must be able to prove why doing this course would be beneficial to you, why you cannot do it your home country and prove that you will return home upon completion of your course.
