Question:

College and a baby... Financial aid?

I currently live with my mom and my 18 month old daughter. I was accepted into MTSU for the 2008 fall semester and I was wondering if there were any programs or financial aid I could receive? I know if I was living on my own it would be a completly different story, but since I live with my mom it's not.... Anyone know?

  1. You should be able to receive financial aid since you provide support for your child. When I was in school I was able to receive financial aid and I had a son. Check if your school has a daycare cause my son was able to go to school with me and I didnt have to pay for the daycare at the college.


  2. on the fasfa application it asks about dependants....I would enter thaty ou have a child
