  1. Your best bet is the Penn State and NYU websites.  I know this is a casual online forum, but I hope that your poor spelling does not carry over to your college application.  Hope I helped.

  2. NYU takes either the common application or the "NYU application," both of which can be filled out online. Other than the actual application, you will need to submit your highschool transcripts, SAT or ACT scores, scores from 2 SAT subject tests, a guidance counselor recommendation form, a teacher recommendation form, and of course your personal statement/essay. If you are applying regular decision, the application is due by January 1st. If you want to go early decision, it is due by November 1st, and the application fee is $65

    Penn State is pretty much the same except there is a different application (you can find each of these on the schools' web sites) and other than the counselor form, no other recommendations are required. Penn state also does not require any SAT 2 subject test scores. Penn State does not take common app, so it wouldn't be worth it to do the common app if these are the only two schools you are applying to. Just do the NYU and Penn state apps. The application fee for Penn State is $50, and it is due by November 30th

    good luck!

  3. call penn state human resources.

  4. For penn state;

Penn state doesn't require SAT II. They do not reqire letters of recommendation. While completing the application you will need to send $50 of nonrefundable application fee.Applicants with complete credentials submitted by November 30 should receive an admissions decision no later than January 31.Applicants with complete credentials submitted by December 31 should receive an admissions decision no later than February 28.Applicants with complete credentials submitted by January 31 should receive an admissions decision no later than March 1.

    I looked for NYU too but didn't understand much.
