College degree?

I am looking for a major that have Human Services Worker and I want to know if it require 2 or 4 years to complete, can also do college degree online? I don't know if they really work or not.

A bachelor's degree (4 yrs)

i wouldent do this on line because there is alot of hands on with this and you can learn more in the classroom and field than on line..community colleges, universities and four-year colleges offer associate, certificate, and bachelor's degree and master's degree programs in human services and social work Most employers will hire Human Services Workers with college courses in human services, social work or one of the social sciences or behavioral sciences plus experience from volunteer work or work experience.  A bachelor's degree in an appropriate human services field is preferred by

some employers.
