College grant?!!?!?

I know there is a grant like this, I cannot seem to find the link, does anyone know where it is?

There is a grant that I can get because my father was in prison for several years, I do not know how much it is, but I know its out there!!! Please Help!

If you're in Florida, there is a program called "Children of Prisoners, Children of Promise" - the schools themselves hand out the grants/scholarships, but it's funded by the State.
