College group interview tips?

I applied for accountancy

5-7 applicants, two interviewers, 20 min for 2-3 questions

what if the whole group is kinda quiet?

how should i stop someone politely if he/she keeps talking for like three min?

what should i do if the professor asked current event that i have no idea?

  1. Based on your scenario, you don't have to be so polite.  Just ask the person to leave if they are interrupting or bothering others.  Just be professional.

    Some current event topics can always include politics, world economy, oil, war, immigration, weather phenomenons, etc.  Of course, if the topics MUST be in Accounting related forums, you can still talk about economy, oil, weather, politics, Fortune 500, celebrities, etc.
