I'm thinking about going to Japan for college.

I want to study psycology and art, or something else, I'm still thinking lol.

But, my question is:

Does anyone know any great colleges in Japan? Somewhere near Tokyo or in Tokyo, I don't care.

  1. Also,

Temple University in Philadelphia has a campus in Tokyo, Japan. Temple is a world-reknown research university in USA.

  2. I don't know exactly how Japanese universities handle for admission for foreign students. For natives to get in the college/univ. must to pass their entrance exams., which is, in some cases, a lot harder than US counterpart of SAT tests.

There are tons of univ. in Tokyo area. The top rated is Tokyo Univ. (equivalent to Harvard in US). Few of other named schools  that I know of are:

    Hitotsubashi Univ. (Public)

    Yokohama National univ. (pub)

    Tokyo Toritsu Univ.(Pub)

    Sofia Univ.(private)

    Waseda Univ.(pr)

    Keio Univ. (pr)

    Aoyama Gakuin Univ.(pr)

    Chuuo Univ.(pr)

    Meiji Univ. (pr)

    International Christian Univ. (pv)

Generally speaking, private schools are more open for foreign students.
