Yup. College is the only thing that can get you a job with a high pay, like being a teacher or doctor.

yes it is expensive but once you finish the course it gains you a lot. and its advantage to you when you want to apply for job its a big credential.

You are right! With a college degree you can earn more money and get better jobs. It is worth it. If you are worried about paying for it how about you attend a junior college for the first two years and transfer to a university. A junior college is much cheaper then a university and ultimately offer the same classes (general classes like english, math..)

LOL- I'm feeling ya!  The tuition raises are getting out of hand when it isnt always a guarantee that you will find a job after graduating or make enough money to be secure.

But when I was forced to leave school for a family issue there wasnt anything in this world that kept me from going back. I saw my future in retail during those two years and it makes me less uneasy to see my loans adding up in the end. I may never be rich like I thought I would be but I know I will be happier working where I want and having all these experiences. Would not trade it for the world.

You will be able to afford college.  If people tell you it is expensive, they must be talking about private universities.  Go to the local junior college which might just be $20 a unit.  You take 16 units a semester 16 x 20 = $320, plus books maybe $300.  Live at home, get a part time job at the college and you will be fine.  When you finish the junior college go to the university for your last two years.  You will love this new experience and when you graduate you will get a great job.  So the outcome will be a benefit that will pay you over and over again through out your lifetime.
