College (on base) overseas for an Air Force spouse?

We are moving to england in January of 2009. We will be at RAF Lakenheath. I want to attend the college on base (did some research online) and was wondering what it would be like price wise. I know it is impossible to give me a price, i was just wondering if since i am an AF spouse and attending college on base, is it cheaper than normal universities? Does being overseas make it even cheaper than if i were attending college on base? Any experience would help. I want to make sure i am well prepared for the cost budget. Thanks! and I hope you could semi understand this question. :)

I really don't know how much they charge for spouses but I'm sure you could get this information from the Base Education Center.  Try to find their phone number and give them a call.  Also, you might want to consider holding off for a little bit if your husband has not used his GI bill.  The new legislation proposes that a military member can transfer his GI bill to a spouse.  It's worth looking into if price is a consideration.  

I believe this is how you call the base operator--they will give you the number from there.
